A staggering 156 million American adults are engaging is social networking on their smartphones during an average week, according to a 2015 Nielsen report. And that’s only on smartphones. About 58 million adults use tablets to tune in on social media platforms, while 73.4 million use PC’s.

Studies show the percentage of people of color in the executive director/CEO role has remained under 20% for the last 15 years1 even as the country becomes more diverse. Survey respondents identified Boards of Directors and executive recruiters as key barriers to the hiring of more people of color executive directors/CEOs.
