How do you get a grip on your nonprofit’s future? You can’t just look at where you are now. Status quo is today, not tomorrow. Sure, it’s comfortable. But that doesn’t mean it will stay that way. You can’t sleep your way to success in today’s digitally revolutionized, highly networked, connected and rapidly evolving world. Change is a constant. If you don’t anticipate change, and figure out how you’ll adapt, it will be difficult, if not impossible, to remain comfortable.
