HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR NONPROFIT NEEDS A CRM

CRM is an acronym that stands for Customer Relationship Management. As the name suggests, a CRM tool or CRM software allows you to better maintain interactions with customers, even giving you the power to automate some of these interactions, too. And, in case you were thinking it, “CRM” does look very similar to “CMS,” content management system, where you make edits to your website. These two entities will work together but remain separate.
