Pulchram is launching a fundraising effort to co-fund the first development phase of seven buildings: four senior homes, two community homes and one nursing home. These buildings will be located on the Mediterranean coast of the Spanish peninsula and Balearic Islands, with a focus on the Costa Brava, Spain, a total of 1530 apartments.
