When people talk about capital campaigns, they may say those words but they are often hearing “Building Campaign.” The words capital and building are not interchangeable, and understanding that distinction is critical. Every business needs revenue to operate on a day-to-day basis, and occasionally needs an influx of capital to achieve a particular goal which is usually associated with growth or improvement.
