Female Founders Faster Forward (F4Capital.org) aims to fundamentally change how startups secure capital via advocacy, research, and solution development. We currently are creating an innovative, new, investment model that measures startup maturity, opportunity, and risk, while eliminating bias, prejudice, and ambiguity in prevailing venture funding. Much like the impact of the FICO Score on consumer lending, the Startup Investment Model Index (SiMi) will revolutionize startup venture funding, creating greater access to capital for female founders, specifically, and for all under-served founder groups. Using SiMi, we aim to raise the rate of venture capital to female founders from 3% today to 20% by 2020. We welcome advocates, technologists, and investors to further the effort.
