Thistle Foundation is a Scottish charity with a 74 year tradition of pioneering support for people with disabilities and long term health conditions. We work with the person, not the condition. This means supporting people to take control of their future, improve their health and wellbeing and achieve their aspirations. Through our training and consultancy work we've been involved in piloting and supporting Scottish Government health and social care priorities. We work collaboratively and in partnership with many organisations who share our vision.
