Non-profit Client Gets Better Reporting with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Marketing

Data quality is central to successful decisions. It doesn't matter who is charged with making hard choices — be it a seasoned corporate executive or a brand new associate hire — flawed data, by definition, can lead to flawed decisions.

For a recent non-profit client of ours in the health care industry, the quality of the organization's data wasn't a problem — the issue was the access. Vast volumes of it were stored in disconnected, disparate systems that were siloed off from each other, preventing stakeholders from accessing the data they needed to make well-informed decisions.

Fortunately, our client and its data are in a much better place now thanks to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Marketing. To learn how The TM Group assisted this nonprofit with its data management needs by using this solution, read our latest project profile.

Wayside Recovery Center

Addiction and co-occurring disorders are dangerous chronic diseases. If left untreated they can damage the quality of or end someone's life. The Wayside House started in 1954 in an effort to provide treatment and support for women experiencing these overwhelming and threatening conditions. As a result of our legacy and current operational practices, Wayside was selected as the Minnesota Council on Nonprofits and MAP for Nonprofits Award of Excellence recipient for 2016. We currently provide an array of treatment and support options that not only address the existing chemical dependency and mental health problems for the women we serve, but also interrupts the transmission of this risk to their children. This multi-generational approach is key to our work and our mission. Wayside is committed to securing the best outcomes possible for the women of our state, their children and their collective futures.
