All Mental Health
All Mental Health is a technology-driven nonprofit with a mission to increase access to free, high quality mental health education. We created @meafterwe, an initiative that aims to prevent suicide in teens and young adults by supporting them through breakups. For a long time, young adult breakups have been trivialized, but breakups have been linked to increased suicidal tendencies, depression symptoms, anxiety, irritability and trouble concentrating, and substance use. We’re leveraging technology to reach and support teens with one-on-one conversations, access to research-backed coping skills, and referral to higher levels of care when appropriate. We aim to validate and de-stigmatize what they are going through, while also helping them envision and create an inspiring future.
