Ruidoso Woman's Club donates to nonprofits

Representatives from Ruidoso community service organizations received donations from the Ruidoso Federated Woman's Club at their December luncheon. Accepting the donations from Annette Cooke, club recording secretary; were Susan Finch of Peace Village, Shippen Salas of Ski Apache Adaptive Sports and Barbara Mader of High Mesa Healing Center, where the Peace Village Summer Camp is staged. Also receiving annual support from the Club’s fundraising were representatives from Christian Services, Hospice Foundation, The Nest domestic violence shelter, Lincoln County Food Bank and Breck Gavin, the Club's current Ruidoso High School graduate scholarship recipient.
