An independent philanthropic solutions provider Ren recently announced the acquisition of Stellar Technology Solutions, professional services, and fiduciary enterprise solutions provider. The newly combined organization builds on Ren and Stellar's leadership in charitable solutions, which includes the fast-growing donor-advised fund (DAF).
The Stellar iPhi™ technology platform is known for arming foundations and institutions with the ability to allow donors to open DAF account, fund the account, help in choosing investment strategy and provide grant recommendations within minutes. The platform also powers many of the top US DAF programs.
The acquisition of Stellar by Ren adds to the company's newest in a series of strategic initiatives to grow the philanthropic economy. Ren, in March 2021, announced the acquisition of Pinkaloo Technologies. By providing innovative social solutions targeted at the next generation of philanthropists, Ren allows banks, nonprofits, businesses, and other organizations to play a pivotal role in expanding the social impact economy. In addition, Ren was the first sponsor of the DAF Giving Summit, which took place in October 2022.
