Nonprofit completes affordable home in Mechanicsville

An affordable home has been added to Hanover County’s housing stock. Myra Adams was set to close Monday on a recently constructed single-family home on Senn Way in Mechanicsville. Adams is purchasing the home with a mortgage from Hanover Habitat for Humanity. A celebration to mark the occasion was held on Sunday at Fairfield Presbyterian Church.
