MFA Oil Foundation awards grants to nonprofits

MFA Oil Foundation recently awarded several grants to local organizations to assist with special purchases. A grant was given to Second Harvest Community Food Bank to assist with purchasing two refrigerators. The South Central Buchanan County Fire Protection District was granted $2,000 to assist with purchasing a fire-fighting skid unit, and the DeKalb Fire Protection District also received a grant to assist with purchasing personal protective equipment. The MFA Oil Foundation provides support to nonprofit organizations that are working to improve communities where MFA Oil has a significant concentration of members and employees.
