Area nonprofits awarded $105,000 in grants from Malvern Federal Charitable Foundation

Seven nonprofit organizations from Chester and Montgomery counties and one from Philadelphia, are among 14 agencies chosen as recipients of a grant presented by the Malvern Federal Charitable Foundation, the charitable arm of Malvern Bank. The grants — totaling $105,000 — were presented to organizations in Malvern Bank’s local markets in Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia and New Jersey at a Sept. 26 event at the General Warren Inn, located in East Whiteland, Chester County. The individual grant amounts were not made available by Malvern Bank.
