A community leadership program for Butler County, Kansas focusing on adults and youth who live, work or school in the county. Extensive development sessions are held in the fall. Curriculum for both programs consist of skills and capacities development in SERVANT LEADERSHIP, 21ST CENTURY LEADERSHIP and CIVIC LEADERSHIP. An active ALUMNI ASSOCIATION assists programs in fundraising, recognition for donors and classes, facilitators for classes and social events for the alumni of the organization. With over 450 alumni from the adult program, the Alumni Association works with communities in Butler County to become knowledgeable on the issues at hand.
