Think Together, California's premier nonprofit serving K-12 schools, recently announced a philanthropic partnership with Loop Neighborhood Market, honored by a donation of $50,000 for afterschool and expanded learning programs in under-resourced California communities.

Think Together will be able to continue its mission of offering students access to excellent educational experiences and resources outside of the traditional school day with the aid of this donation. Annually, Think Together makes a lasting difference in the lives of almost 200,000 students nationwide thanks to the support of partners such as Loop Neighborhood Market.

The Loop Neighborhood Market has a long history of supporting charitable causes. In addition to educational causes, it also helped the California Fire Foundation, the Bay Area Deputy Sheriff's Association, along with its Annual Christmas Shopping event, San Francisco Pride, Bay Area food banks, and RotoCare Bay Area. Over the past three years, more than $400,000 has been given back to organizations with a positive impact on the communities of the Bay Area.

The donation follows the conclusion of Loop, Au Energy, and Shell USA's three-month ‘The Giving Pump’ initiative, which used proceeds from a colorful, specially-designated pump at over 100 gas pumps in the Bay Area to support the nonprofit. Loop and Au Energy are subsidiaries of Vintners Distributors and Shell USA.

Randy Barth, Think Together Founder and CEO, shared, "We are proud to partner with Loop Neighborhood Market to support our mission of providing students with the opportunities they need to succeed." He added, "This generous donation will help us reach even more students and make a positive impact in their lives."
