PENCILforSchools.org

PENCIL is a nonprofit organization that links community resources to Nashville public schools. PENCIL connects businesses and organizations with schools to provide additional support to students. Through PENCIL programs, volunteers make a positive impact on students academically through tutoring and providing academic enrichment opportunities and emotionally through mentoring. PENCIL also operates a school supply center where Metro Nashville Public School teachers can shop free twice a year to help supplement their classrooms.
