A multi-faceted organization established in 2002, to provide families and individuals located in the Southern Maryland community with Human value Enhancement (HVE) programs. NCDC's programs are focused on youth development, economic development, and the provision of emergency services such as rental assistant, medical/dental assistance, transportation, food, clothing, and shelter. Since its establishment in 2002, the NCDC organization has formed strategic alliances with the local government, agencies and other community organizations to provide more than $50,000 annually in economic assistance to thousands of persons in need. NCDC's HVE programs foster and promote life skills, self-sufficiency, economic growth and sustainability. Under the leadership of President and Chief Executive Officer Willie R. Hunt and his executive staff, NCDC endeavors to proactively meet the needs of the Southern Maryland community - moreover, the organization continues to create educational programs and opportunities for the youth within the Southern Maryland and surrounding communities.
