Devaes is a nonprofit non-governmental organization whose purpose is to develop an economic and identity model with supranational characteristics following the parameters of the Blockchain technology. In accordance with these premises, we invite the general public to interact globally by using the Smart Passport which is an instrument developed by Devaes for the Manifesto of the global citizen. Devaes was created in Caracas, Venezuela in 2006 as an NGO and it is currently in Florida, USA.
