Career Management Services (CMS) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works to get Minnesotans, who have lost their jobs through no fault of their own, back to work as quickly and as well as possible. We are an independent provider of the Dislocated Worker Program, a government-funded reemployment and training service for people who have been laid off by their employer. CMS serves a wide range of clients from various industries by providing career counseling and coaching, training programs, professional workshops, and support services when needed.
