If you have some monthly donors now, congratulations. Please allow me to share some recent statistics with you on why these small recurring donors are so powerful: Average monthly gift between $24 and $36, that’s between $288 and $432 a year! Typical way monthly donors pay: 80% credit card, 10% EFT/ACH, 10% other. So, retention rate is much higher than the typical 45% retention rate you’re seeing now for those.

Raise the Region collects over $1.4 million for local nonprofits

The First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania (FCFP) collaborated with Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships to host Raise the Region 2020 on March 11 and 12 to help the communities of Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, and Union Counties support local nonprofit organizations' fundraising efforts. Northcentral Pennsylvania showed its true spirit of philanthropy by donating $1,429,572 to 284 nonprofit organizations. The 30-hour online fundraiser had thousands of donors make a combined 9,413 gifts. Since starting in 2013, Raise the Region has collectively received $10.2 million in donations for the benefit of local nonprofit organizations.
