The fundraising intelligence platform iWave recently announced its release of new enhancements. The latest updates for Salesforce integration on the Salesforce AppExchange include Automated Scoring. This new feature allows fundraising professionals to understand the potential of donating to new constituents as and when they are added to Salesforce. In addition, nonprofits get automatic updates of the latest wealth and philanthropic intelligence in Salesforce and can optimize their cultivation efforts with the help of customizable scoring triggers.

The iWave and Salesforce integration help fundraising professionals develop internal Salesforce data with iWave's fundraising intelligence to identify ideal donors, find new prospects, customize outreach, and raise more donations using a frictionless workflow. Automated Scoring additionally enhances the ability to prioritize donors who have the potential to donate more and provides new cultivation and socialization opportunities.

Several studies have shown that timing is key to getting the most from fundraising outcomes. For instance, donors are much more likely to give a second gift in the first three months. With Automated Scoring turned on, a new donation that meets a pre-set threshold can automatically update a constituent's record with the most recent information about their wealth and giving. This ensures that the fundraising teams can determine the ideal ask amount and customize cultivation utilizing up-to-date fundraising intelligence. The configurable scoring triggers include a change of address, a new donation and more.
